New Moon (Lydell 95)

'New Moon' was registered in 1995 by Ran Lydell. It is fast growing and moderately dense, with a mound-like habit. The size is 40x18" with 18" scapes. The leaves, broadly ovate with a cordate base, are yellow-gold with smooth dark green margins. There is some corrugation and the leaves have heavy substance. The parentage is 'August Clouds' x 'Fortunei Hyacinthina'. The flowers are tubular and medium lavender in color. The leaves are slightly shiny on top with glaucous bloom on the underside.
