'Lochness' is a 1988 Lachman introduction. The dimensions are 40" high x 25" tall. The flower scapes often exceed 35". The leaves are dark blue-green and cupped. They have a little undulation and heavy substance. The parentage is 'Sea Monster' x seedling. The flowers are white and it blooms during the first half of the summer. It is not really a specimen plant, but can make a contribution to the background. Average growth rate . . but takes off after 4 years.
