| Lachman's 'Cascades' appears on the cover of Hosta Journal 24 #2. It came out in 1993. A clump reaches 26" x 15" and has lance-shaped leaves with a round base. The margins are slightly rippled and the leaves have a little gloss to them on both top and underneath. They have a medium green margin with a creamy-white center which extends into the green, creating a lighter green which gives the margin much more interest. A leaf is 11 x 4 1/2" and its parentage is 'Banana Sundae' x 'Frances Williams'. |
