This large, fragrant hosta was given to us by Kevin Vaughn. The leaves are deep blue-green with a white bloom. The lineage is (Blue Seedling ('Polly Bishop' x 'Blue Lace') F3 x 'Summer Fragrance'). It is a tall plant reaching as high as 30". The clump is 28-36" wide. Mature leaves are crinkled and cupped. Flowers are bell-shaped and lavender with ruffled petals. The bloom scape is 24-33" tall. Van Wade says that this is considered one of the better blooming blue hostas. The plant has deeply impressed veins.
