'Jim Cooper' was introduced by Paul Aden in 1982. This attractive gold hosta can reach 24" high and 32" wide. Claimed to be a 'Sum and Substance' hybrid, it looks very sieboldiana-like. It has round-cordate, cupped-rugose, yellow leaves with 12 pairs of veins, and sends up bare, straight scapes to 36" tall. The white fertile flowers are bell-shaped & medium size. It was introduced by Paul Aden in 1982.
